Interior Space Design Named Best Interior Designer in Glasgow 2026 — Four Years Running
Best Interior Designer in Glasgow 2026 — four years running.
We have just been named Best Interior Designer in Glasgow for the fourth year in a row. Here is what that actually means for the families who trust us with their homes.
I found out this week that Interior Space Design has been named Best Interior Designer in Glasgow 2026 at the Quality Business Awards. This is the fourth year running.
I am genuinely proud of this. Not because of the certificate itself, but because of what it represents — four years of families in Bearsden, Milngavie, Jordanhill, Lenzie, and across Glasgow trusting us with their homes, and us not letting them down.
What This Award Actually Recognises
Scored on satisfaction, service, reputation, and quality — with an overall rating of over 95%.
The Quality Business Awards score businesses across four areas: satisfaction, service, reputation, and quality. Interior Space Design was awarded an overall quality rating of over 95%.
That is not a figure I can manufacture with clever marketing. It comes from real client experiences, real reviews, and real projects, from the Milngavie kitchens, the Schaw House restoration in Bearsden, the Lenzie extension, and every family we have sat across the table from during a discovery call.
Why Four Years Running Matters More Than One
Any company can have a good year. Winning once could be a fluke, a quiet year for competitors, or a lucky run of happy clients.
Four years running is different. It means the standard has not slipped — not when we were busier, not when material costs rose, not when a project ran into an unexpected problem behind an old Glasgow wall. It means every client, every year, has had the same experience: honest pricing, one point of contact, and a finished home that matches what was promised.
“37 years. One point of contact. No nasty surprises”
That has been true since year one. This award is proof that it still is.
What Sets Interior Space Design Apart
Independently verified — the official 2026 certificate.
I am a fully qualified joiner and interior designer with 37 years of experience, and one of very few women in the UK running a design and build company. My partner Ross is a City & Guilds bricklayer and joiner. Together we manage every project from first conversation to final fit — no handing you between subcontractors, no vanishing between jobs, no scope that quietly grows once work has started.
We are not VAT registered, which keeps us 15 to 20% more competitive than comparable VAT registered firms, without cutting corners on quality.
““Cut the cowboys, not the corners.””
If you are researching interior designers in Glasgow and trying to work out who to trust, that consistency, verified independently, for four years running is exactly the kind of proof worth looking for.
