We then interpret your vision into an outline design concept, presenting suggested colour schemes, finishes, and an estimated budget for your review.
Once approved, we move to the detailed specification phase, providing you with a comprehensive scope of work, accurate costs, and timelines to sign off. From there, we project manage the entire journey through the construction phase to ensure a stress-free, problem-free experience, asking for your final sign-off only once you are entirely delighted with the completed project.

DIRECTOR
I have over 30 years of experience in the building industry. I am a fully qualified joiner and have owned an interior design company in Glasgow for over 20 years. I’m delighted to have been involved with some of the most opulent and luxurious home interiors in Scotland and I take great pride in being given the opportunity to work with some prestigious clients.
I am responsible for my team, renowned for paying attention to detail, I will be your personal project manager ensuring we provide a 5 star service. I love a smart fix, things that make life easier. From a thoughtfully placed plug socket for your hairdryer or a window sill that won’t scratch or stain, from small kitchen design ideas right through to the architecture and interior design of a full home. I plan, design and deliver practical spaces to suit enhance the way you live.

BUILDER
Our lead builder and my other half, Ross will to turn your ideas into reality. He brings extensive knowledge, skill and experience, creating home extensions in Bearsden, Milngavie, Bishopbriggs, Lenzie & Kirkintilloch. Ross is our home renovation contractor, if you are looking to find a local builder, Ross is the man for the job. Together we make a dynamic duo.

Fiona
OFFICE MANAGER
Fiona is our office manager, she is a real stickler for detail. Fiona runs our open book policy to ensure our clients have very accurate and transparent costs before we begin a project. Fiona has all the facts and figures when it comes to a build. She runs a set of accounts on all of our extension projects, which enables our clients to keep a real close eye on the budget spend.
Ross, Alan & I work very closely with Fiona at the start and throughout all of our projects carrying out a critical path analysis to guarantee that we will work to timescales and will have all the materials on site when required. Fabulous Fiona!

Alan
PLUMBING AND CENTRAL HEATING ENGINEER
Alan is my brother, he worked along with our dad as an engineer in his youth, then moved into plumbing and central heating over 20 years ago. Alan is meticulous with detail. He examines and investigates all pipework and will remove anything that is unnecessary and could cause any harm.
It is always safety first with Alan which is reassuring when dealing with water and gas. If you want a job done right first time by a professional, Alan is the man!
